Portfolio hub · James Richman

The working portfolio.

A concise index of businesses, systems, experiments, media and selected work.

A portfolio should answer one question quickly: what has this person actually worked on? This site is a practical index rather than a personality profile. Each entry names the problem, the system behind it, and where the public record covers it.

Selected work

Five areas, each tied to the public record.

Business systems

Revenue · RCM

I am interested in the machinery behind an organization: how demand enters, how information moves, how teams coordinate, how revenue is measured and where manual work accumulates. In healthcare that machinery is the revenue cycle, and it is where focused improvements create disproportionate gains.

AI and automation

Agents

The useful version of AI is rarely the demo. It is the layer underneath an ordinary workflow that classifies, summarizes, routes, predicts, checks or acts. Good automation feels less like a robot and more like a better-designed process. At OTLEN, agents carry the handoffs and people keep the judgment.

Communication

Reports · Interviews

Technical ideas become valuable when other people can understand and use them. A recurring part of the work is translating systems into reports, diagrams, interviews and plain instructions without removing the important technical detail.

Archive

Selective

This portfolio is intentionally selective. It should show patterns of thinking across the work rather than become a catalogue of every experiment ever started.
